Agentic Systems Engineering: Practices and Challenges from PoC to Production

Chen-Ho Wu is the VP of Technology and Head of Cloud & AI at cacaFly, and is also a recipient of the Outstanding Teaching Award from the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST).

He leads a team dedicated to advancing AI consulting services, cloud architecture, data platforms, and many diferent solutions. To date, he has successfully guided multiple enterprises through the implementation of AI and digital transformation projects. With a robust background in both entrepreneurship and large-scale project management, he has previously co-founded ventures that produced an application with over a million downloads and a data service capable of handling traffic in the tens of billions.

In recent years, Chen-Ho has focused on the practical application of Generative AI. Under his leadership, his team has consistently earned the international Google Cloud "Partner All-Stars" award, showcasing their proven success in translating technical expertise into tangible business value.
