Gordon Chang is currently the Vice President of Product Management at Appier, where he leads the development and execution of product strategy for Appier's Personalization Cloud, which includes AIQUA, BotBonnie, and AiDeal solutions. He oversees the development and execution of innovative solutions focusing on large-scale data infrastructure and hyper-personalized campaign delivery.
He brings a strong track record of leading product teams and delivering impactful solutions across AI, MarTech, and enterprise platforms. He began his career at Microsoft in Seattle and later at Meta (formerly Facebook) in the San Francisco Bay Area, focusing on user growth. His journey has also included leadership roles at several SaaS startups, driving both scale and innovation.
Gordon holds an M.S. in Computer Science from the University of British Columbia and a B.S. in Computer Science and Information Engineering from National Taiwan University. Outside of work, he enjoys travelling, food adventures, city cycling, mentoring, and exploring new experiences.
