吳柏翰（Jerry Wu）是 APMIC 創辦人暨執行長，同時也是 Google 機器學習開發專家 (GDE)，專注在自然語言理解領域已超過 13 年，曾是 Gemma、Gemini 的測試成員。Jerry 於 2017 年帶領團隊創辦 APMIC，開發出在地化模型「CaiGunn」並推出模型微調與蒸餾產品「PrivAI」，致力於提供企業自主 AI 解決方案，團隊曾入選 Google Cloud 亞太區 AI 個案，以及 NVIDIA Cloud Validated 的認證。在創立 APMIC 之前，吳柏翰曾擔任製造業首位資深資料科學家，領導進行車上語音助理、知識管理等前瞻技術的研究。同時他也曾是台灣第一家開放資料顧問公司共同創辦人兼技術長，以及國立臺灣科技大學的講師，曾獲得教師教學優良獎。

Jerry Wu is the founder and CEO of APMIC, and also a Google Developer Expert (GDE) in Machine Learning. He has focused on Natural Language Understanding (NLU) for over 13 years and was a testing member for Gemma and Gemini. In 2017, Jerry led the team to found APMIC, developing the localized model "CaiGunn" and launching the model fine-tuning and distillation product "PrivAI." APMIC is dedicated to providing enterprises with autonomous AI solutions. The team has been selected as a Google Cloud APAC AI case study and has received NVIDIA Cloud Validated certification. Prior to founding APMIC, Jerry Wu served as the first Senior Data Scientist in the manufacturing industry, leading research on cutting-edge technologies such as in-car voice assistants and knowledge management. He was also the co-founder and CTO of Taiwan's first open data consulting company and a lecturer at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, where he received an Excellent Teaching Award.
